Accessing Employee Maintenance


Press F3 At Any Time
  • Employee maintenance is so important that it can be accessed at any time by pressing the F3 key.

  • No matter what you are doing, or where you are in Ace Payroll, F3 always takes you to employee maintenance.



During Pay Calculation
  • To enter employee maintenance while calculating your regular payroll either press F3 or click the Employee F3 button circled below.



From The Front Screen
  • You can also access employee maintenance from the front screen by selecting Employee then Modify Employee Details
