We are thinking of upgrading our computers to Windows 7. Is Ace Payroll compatible with Windows 7 and, while I know it isn't really your place to say, is Windows 7 any good?

 - Ace Payroll is fully compatible with Windows 7 which was released on 23/10/2009.

We have extensively tested Ace Payroll in a Windows 7 environment and there are no problems or special considerations.
- Current users will not require an upgrade of Ace Payroll when moving to Windows 7
- the current version is fully compatible.
- Our experience with Windows 7 is good, as have the majority of the reviews we have seen.
- Windows 7 is a vast improvement on Windows Vista, especially in the areas of
speed, stability and compatibility with programs and hardware.
- If you are unhappy with Windows Vista, or avoided upgrading from Windows XP because Windows Vista didn't appeal, we recommend seriously considering Windows 7.

Whilst we wouldn't upgrade an existing computer to any new operating system without a good reason, we strongly recommend making sure your next computer, laptop or netbook comes with Windows 7.
