Emailed Payslips - Regular Payslip Report
The Regular Payslip Report is shown prior to producing a batch of regular payslips for your employees.
From this report you can
- Preview any employee's payslip.
- Change an employee's Payslip Type or Email Address.
- Change your emailed payslip company settings as described in our article Emailed Payslips - Company Setup.

On the Regular Payslips Report note the following:
- Click the View icon in the first column to preview an employee's payslip.
- Click the blue Payslip Type field for any employee to change the employee payslip type or email address.
- Use the Email Setup button to change your company email setting, or to send a test email to yourself.
Click
GO to printout any printed payslips, and to add all emailed payslips to the queue for emailing.
