Emailed Payslips - Overview
  • Payslips can be emailed to employees from all versions of Ace Payroll.

  • The payslips are emailed directly from Ace Payroll in a user friendly HTML format. There is no external software to learn to use, attachments to download or programs to integrate. The Emailed Payslip routine is easy to use and can normally be set up in a matter of minutes.

  • Full reporting is provided so you can keep track of whether an employee receives a printed or emailed payslip.



  • There are several benefits to emailing payslips, reduced costs being the main one. Less paperwork, younger employees preferring them and no manual work folding and enveloping printed payslips would be other benefits.

  • You can choose to use the Emailed Payslips routine for all, some or none of your employees.

  • If you wish to use it for none of your employees, simply do nothing. Ace Payroll will continue to print payslips on paper like it always has.

  • To use it for some or all of your employees, follow the instructions on these pages in order to get started.
