The time bank feature allows for the accumulation of hourly leave outside the legal requirements of the Holidays Act.
It is especially useful to accumulate unpaid time worked, and then allow that time off at a later date without making payment.
Time Bank balances can be shown on employee payslips by activating the relevant payslip setup option.
Time Bank balances for each employee are shown on the Leave Owing report.
A detailed report of Time Bank transactions is available while adding transactions in Calculate Pays as shown in the above screen.
